Conditions of release
I hereby consent the Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA), its vendors, partners, affiliates and/or representatives to take or have taken by others, photographs, audio and/or video recordings that capture my name, voice and/or image, and to store, make copies of and publish the images and/or recordings in any form, in whole or in part, and release them in any medium that NAFA decides fit, which includes but not limited to the following:
• News media (online, print and/or broadcast)
• Websites and social media
• Publications and/or promotional materials
• Educational training
• Advertisements
By giving my consent, I release NAFA’s employees and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitising, or publication of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings.

I hereby waive all rights to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any exhibition, streaming, webcasting, televising, or other publication and usage of these materials, as well as any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by NAFA or the person or entity designated to do so by NAFA.

I have been fully informed of my consent, waiver of liability, and release before participating in the NAFA event.
